A packaged rooftop unit can be 150 tons. A boiler can be 6,000 MBH. A centrifugal chiller can carry an entire 40-storey tower. When those systems fail, the cost is lost product, lost trading, tenant complaints and sometimes safety risk. Early on we decided to do one kind of work properly. Over 20+ years that has grown into 1,400+ rooftop units under contract, 85+ chiller plants on preventive maintenance and more than 220 restaurants served every year, across 20+ GTA cities. We lead with diagnosis. Every repair starts with a written finding, every quote is fixed before work, and every visit ends with a report. Property managers, chief engineers and restaurant operators keep calling us because they can see exactly what was done and why. ESA Electrical Safety Authority authorization for the electrical side of HVAC work: disconnects, controls, VFDs and equipment wiring. 313A Refrigeration Licensed refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics for chillers, walk-ins, condensing units and all refrigerant handling. $5M CGL + WSIB $5 million commercial general liability and full WSIB coverage, with certificates and clearance letters on request. Enbridge-Authorized Since 2006 Authorized to repair red-tagged gas appliances and coordinate clearance.
